1. General Provisions
1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the Site. It ensures compliance with user protection requirements when processing personal data.

1.4 This Policy is binding on all Company employees who have access to Users' personal data.
1.5 If the Company engages a third party to process personal data under a contract, a material condition of that contract shall be the third party's obligation to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data during processing.
2. Definitions

- Site: The internet resource located at www.eremexcontrols.com, and any other websites owned or operated by the Company.
- Goods: The product line and all elements thereof developed by the Company.
- Registration: The process of entering your personal data into a form on the Site, necessary for the Company to fulfill a contract for which you are a beneficiary, and to grant you access to personalized services.
- Personal Data: Any information (including first name, last name, patronymic, date of birth, address, phone number, email address) that you voluntarily and knowingly provide during registration or when placing an order, necessary for the Company to fulfill its contractual obligations to you or to provide access to Site services.
- User(s): Individuals or legal entities (or representatives of legal entities) accessing the Site. Under this Policy, Users are considered data subjects.
- Cookies: Small data fragments sent to your computer when you visit a webpage, including when you perform active actions. Cookies help the Site recognize your browser on repeat visits.
- Contract: The relationship between the Company and you regarding the purchase of Goods under this Policy, arising from the moment the Company confirms your Order.
- Order: Your request to purchase the Company's Goods, submitted via the online form on the Site or by phone through a Company operator. An order is confirmed when assigned a unique identification number.
- Services: The range of activities performed by the Company for you in order to fulfill the terms of the Contract.
3. Types of Personal Data Collected and Purposes of Processing

The Company does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided and cannot assess your legal capacity to provide such data. The Company assumes that you provide accurate, sufficient, and up-to-date personal data.

- Registration data: first name, last name, patronymic, phone number, address, email address, age, profile image, personal page URL, country/city of residence, company name, job title.
- Technical data: HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser identifier, hardware and software information.

- Activity data: your actions while using the Site and/or Services.
- Geolocation data.
- Any other information necessary for processing under the terms governing specific Services.

4.5 Confidentiality obligations cease if the data is anonymized or made publicly available by you or obtained from a public source.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
5.1 To obtain information about the Company (its location, whether it holds your personal data, and to access such personal data).
5.2 To request that the Company correct, block, or delete your personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the stated purpose, and to take legally permitted measures to protect your rights.
5.3 To receive information about your personal data in an accessible form.
5.4 To access your personal data by submitting a request to the Company. Your request must include: the number of your primary identification document, date of issue, issuing authority, and your handwritten signature (or that of your legal representative). Requests may be sent by mail to the Company's address listed in Section 2.
5.5 To receive information regarding the processing of your personal data, including:
- Confirmation of whether your data is processed.
- Legal basis and purposes of processing.
- Methods of processing used.
- Company's name and location, and information about third parties with access to your data (excluding employees).
- Your personal data being processed and the source of such data (unless otherwise provided by law).
- Retention periods.
- How to exercise your legal rights.
- Information on any completed or planned cross-border data transfers.
- Name/address of any third party processing data on behalf of the Company.
- Other information required by law.
5.6 To withdraw your consent to processing, restrict methods and forms of processing, and prohibit the dissemination of your personal data without your consent.
5.7 To appeal the Company's actions or inaction to the supervisory authority (data protection authority) or in court.
5.8 To protect your rights and legitimate interests, including claiming damages and compensation for moral harm in court.
6. Consent to Processing of Personal Data
By using the Site, you, acting freely, voluntarily, and in your own interest, and confirming your legal capacity, give the Company (at the address in Section 2) your consent to process your personal data on the following terms:
6.1 Consent is given for processing with or without the use of automation.
6.2 You consent to the processing of the following (non-special, non-biometric) personal data: first name, last name, patronymic; phone numbers; email addresses; place of work and job title; country and city of residence; profile image; personal webpage URL; user data (location, OS type/version, browser type/version, device type/screen resolution, referral source, OS/browser language, pages visited, buttons clicked, IP address).
6.3 Your personal data is not publicly available.
6.4 Purpose of processing: User identification; registration for Company events; providing personalized services and content; improving Site quality and service delivery; sending advertising and news communications; conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
6.5 The legal basis for processing is this Policy and your consent.
6.6 Processing activities may include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, change, correction), retrieval, use, transfer (including cross-border transfer in compliance with applicable law), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction — with or without automation.
6.7 You acknowledge that third parties performing work or providing services to the Company under contract may have access to your personal data. The Company guarantees your right to know what data is held, to delete, update, or correct your data, and to exercise other rights under applicable law.
6.8 Your consent remains valid until the Company achieves the purpose of processing or until you withdraw consent as described in Section 6.9.
6.9 You may withdraw your consent by sending a written request to the Company's address listed in Section 2.
6.10 This consent remains valid until processing ceases as described in Section 6.9.
7. Data Retention and Cross-Border Transfer
7.1 The Company guarantees that your data is stored in a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction by both organizations and individuals. We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and practical safeguards. The initial place of collection and storage is the Russian Federation. Your data may subsequently be transferred to a foreign territory in cases and according to procedures established by Russian law (cross-border transfer). Such transfers will be conducted with appropriate technical, administrative, and practical safeguards.
7.2 The Company retains your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until you withdraw your consent under Section 6.9.
8. Liability
8.1 In case of non-compliance with this Policy, the Company is liable in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
